Adullam House Chosen for DesignRally

Often families of those who are incarcerated are unwilling or simply unable to care for the children. To avoid loosing custody, the location and sometimes even the existence of the children are left undisclosed. There is no official body, no police, courts or prison, that is responsible for asking inmates if they have children. This is where Adullam House comes into play. They believe that the solution to keeping these fragile children from going on to be criminals themselves " to raise them [children] up from a young age to give them a chance to change their future."  Adullam House provides a safe and stable home for children, ages 0 to 17 years old, of incarcerated men and women. Locals say that they are "Weptumka's best kept secret."

Adullam House fills a need in our local community without the benefit of government funding. Instead they rely heavily on donations from churches, businesses, and individuals.
American Advertising Federation Montgomery has chosen to support the Adullam House in the first DesignRally event.

Adullam House will work with members of the AAF Montgomery to develop an ad campaign that will bring attention to the work and success fo this non-profit organization.
If you are interested in volunteering your time and expertise to Adullam House during the DesignRally please contact Breuna Baine, projects chair email or at 334-221-9995.
